The Adventureland Mathematics is a permanent interactive exhibition in Dresden, which offers mathematics you can “touch”. The aim is to give visitors an understanding of maths in an entertaining way and to provoke interest in mathematical topics. The exhibition is suited for every age group; however, students of all kind of schools are a particularly important target group. Therefore, we are well prepared to welcome classes. The Adventureland offers a variety of possibilities to experience maths in addition to and outside of school. At the same time, the topics discussed in the Adventureland are related in various ways to the German curriculum of mathematics. That is why a visit to the Adventureland Mathematics can be fitted to lessons very easily. However, the focus should be on the playful experience and the joy of action. On the following sites, you will find propositions on how to include a visit into the curriculum as well as information for your planning and materials to evaluate your visit afterwards in class.
